Job Summary
Mass Architect is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor site safety and enforce safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
- Check measurements, billing quantities, and site documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–8 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and execution works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with consultants.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in CIDCO, PMC, or NAINA projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
