About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Preschool Teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in early childhood education and possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and language development.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child's progress.
- Conduct interactive activities including storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, and play-based learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to enhance the learning experience.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a Preschool, Play School, Nursery, or Kindergarten.
Required Skills
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an added advantage).
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach.
- Creative lesson planning and activity execution.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
