Required Technical Skill Set: Graduate & 6 to 58 years experience in US Payroll

Desired Experience Range:3 to 5 years experience in US Payroll
Must-Have
US Payroll with Workday experience of 6 to 8 years On cycle, Off Cycle,
Employee Management, Systems and Support able to write / create reports
in Workday.
Willing to do Night Shift
Good-to-Have US B1 / B2 visa

Job Purpose:
To process US payroll and Payroll related activities
Profile Requirement
- Process On cycle / off cycle pay run
- Good understanding of US Payroll processes with Workday experience
- Meet the required productivity metrics as per defined target for the line of business
- Understanding the critical requirements and do necessary follow ups with the stakeholders to
get the required information for processing the request
- Good communication skills to coordinate with client and other stakeholders
- Willing to work in US Shift (5:30 pm to 3:30 am and 6:30 pm to 4:30 am during day light
saving)
- Willingness to extend the shift to ensure the deliverables are met as per defined schedules
- Liaising with the On site team and Vendors for faster resolution as per the SOP
Competencies/Skills:
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll ERP
- Good oral & written communication to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible to be approached for win-win situation
- Ability to adapt and work in a targeted environment as per the process requirement
- Good analytical thinking, questioning, negotiating and influencing skills
- Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure to meet the daily / weekly targets
- Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence as per the process
- Basic keyboard proficiency and multitasking while handling calls
- Ability to work with the team and focus on the assigned accounts
- Should be willing to work in night shifts / shift extension as per the client request
- Effective MS office skills (MS Excel)
