We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in preparing electrical quotations and handling customer enquiries for electrical products such as ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, switchgear, and panel accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations for electrical products and panel components
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with suppliers and sales team for pricing and availability
- Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and orders in Excel/ERP
- Understand electrical product specifications and customer requirements
- Support sales team in achieving monthly targets
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical quotations or inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical products like ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, VFD, PLC, etc.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries
Preferred Candidate:
- North east delhi candidates preferred
- 3-4 years experience in this field preferred
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
- Experience in switchgear, automation, or panel industry preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
