About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who have a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, and Generative AI. You will work on developing AI-powered applications, automating workflows, and implementing innovative solutions using the latest AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Develop intelligent chatbots and AI assistants using modern AI frameworks.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models and optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI models into applications.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Document AI models, experiments, and technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
- Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Science, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- AI/ML certifications or personal AI projects are an added advantage.
- Experience participating in hackathons or contributing to open-source AI projects is preferred.
