➢ Background in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or Related Fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Child Development or a
related field.
- Master’s Degree (Preferred) in Psychology, Counselling Psychology/Educational
Psychology, Child Development or related disciplines.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the emotional, social, cognitive, and developmental
needs of children and adolescents, enabling them to support learners at different stages of
growth with sensitivity and insight.
➢ Emotionally Intelligent and Empathetic Facilitator
Demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening while creating a safe and
supportive environment where students feel heard and valued.

Encourages self-reflection, resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset, helping students
navigate challenges, embrace learning opportunities, and develop a positive sense of self.
