Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results
- Conduct basic audience research and targeting
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Meta advertising
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid campaigns
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certification or training in digital marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with ad metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROI
