About Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify-based e-commerce websites, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Development
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Shopify Liquid
- Build responsive, mobile-first e-commerce websites
- Develop and integrate custom and third-party Shopify apps
- Work with advanced frameworks such as Shopify Hydrogen
2. Customization & Features
- Customize themes and templates based on brand guidelines
- Implement advanced e-commerce functionalities such as:
- Subscription models
- Product filtering and search optimization
- Custom checkout experiences (Shopify Plus)
3. API Integration
- Integrate Shopify APIs and third-party services
- Enhance store functionality through custom integrations
4. Performance & Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues
- Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams
- Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams for project delivery
Requirements
Experience
- 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Shopify Developer
- Strong portfolio showcasing Shopify projects
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Shopify Liquid
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with Shopify theme development and customization
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus and Shopify Hydrogen
- Knowledge of Shopify app development
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
- Understanding of SEO best practices
Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong debugging and analytical abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently
Soft Skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms/tools
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Immediate availability to join
