Job Description – Tandoori Assistant (F&B Production)
Position: Tandoori Assistant
Department: Kitchen / F&B Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and marinating tandoori items as per recipes.
- Help in operating and maintaining the tandoor safely.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and accompaniments required for service.
- Ensure cleanliness of the tandoor section and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support the chef during buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Assist in storing food items properly and minimizing wastage.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tandoori cooking and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience: 1–2 years in a tandoor or kitchen role.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
