Job Summary
We're looking for a strong finance person to support our scaling operations and to lead key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI/NBFC regulatory filings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and fund planning
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and assessments.
- Prepare financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Monitor loan disbursement accounting, NPA classification, and provisioning
Required Qualifications & Experience
- CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI/fintech
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP (Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
Working Hours and Days
- Full Time: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
