About Mija:
Mija is a modern fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond studded jewellery. With a focus on sustainable luxury and contemporary design, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand at Bandra store & Mumbai International Airport (T2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience by warmly greeting and assisting customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide expert recommendations on diamond jewellery collections.
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop strong product knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and current collections.
- Process billing, invoicing, and customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure attractive product displays, proper stock organization, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective client engagement and excellent after-sales support.
- Comply with airport retail policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales with experience in diamond jewellery (lab-grown or natural) or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
- Professional appearance, confident personality, and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24×7 airport retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience serving international customers will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation) is required.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
