Job Description (Tailored for Rolls/Shafts)
Role: Production Manager – Rolls & Shafts Division
Experience: 10–15 years in heavy precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production of specialized rolls and shafts, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with engineering for roll pass design and CNC programming.
- Supervise heat treatment and grinding processes to achieve precise tolerances.
- Develop daily production schedules and improve operational efficiency (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Enforce safety protocols for handling heavy components and molten material, if applicable.
Pay: ₹18,319.30 - ₹69,308.86 per month
