- Conduct in-process quality checks for raw, semi-finished & finished goods.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, time, hygiene, packaging, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and company food safety policies.
- Identify and report deviations/non-conformances and support corrective actions.
- Perform routine sampling, inspections, and maintain quality records.
- Support audits, trainings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and document pest control activities to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Control and segregation of non-conforming products to prevent unintended use or dispatch.
