We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Eye Hospital. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business acumen, strong networking abilities, and a solid healthcare or medical background. The role involves driving strategic growth, building referral networks, increasing patient acquisition, and expanding the hospital’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive hospital growth
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral channels
- Drive patient acquisition initiatives and strengthen brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve business performance and patient experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate partnerships with insurance companies, corporates, and healthcare networks
- Represent the hospital in healthcare events, medical camps, and networking activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Prepare regular business performance and growth reports
Requirements:
- Excellent business sense and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Medical or healthcare industry background is mandatory
- Experience in hospital business development, healthcare sales, or medical marketing preferred
- Ability to build and manage professional relationships effectively
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and patient engagement strategies
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- MBA or relevant healthcare management qualification will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical business development
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
