Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC and VMC machines and conventional machines like drilling, milling centerless grinding, TIG Welding, stabilizer. Your goal is to minimize downtime and ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC and VMC machines.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
- Ensure machine calibration and safety standards are met.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience maintaining CNC/VMC machines.
- Knowledge of PLC, servo motors, and drives.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
