We are hiring for Accounts Manager for Freight Forwarding Industry
Location: Bangalore
Experience – 5 -10 Years
Salary: Upto 7 Lakhs PA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Prepare customer invoices for freight, customs clearance, transportation, and logistics services.
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and service providers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of freight costs, operational expenses, and revenue.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
