JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
Create and update job descriptions and job specifications as per business requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates with management.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment partners.
Handle project-based recruitment requirements and manpower mobilization activities.
Manage employee queries and HR-related communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
