About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive online presence and achieve our digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design, content) to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing principles
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
