The Service Manager is responsible for overall management of the service department, ensuring efficient workshop operations, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and adherence to company and manufacturer standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKSHOP OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service workshop
- Ensure efficient job allocation to technicians
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain optimal utilization of manpower and workshop capacity
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Handle escalated customer complaints effectively
- Ensure proper explanation of repair work and billing to customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and retention
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
