Job Summary
The Site Facilitator will be responsible for managing labour-related activities at project sites, ensuring labour welfare, maintaining workforce records, and supporting smooth site operations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, site engineers, and labour teams to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLabour Management
- Monitor daily labour deployment and attendance at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and supervisors regarding labour requirements.
- Maintain labour records, attendance registers, and workforce reports.
- Track labour productivity and report manpower utilization to management.
Labour Welfare & Compliance
- Conduct regular checks to ensure labour welfare facilities are available and maintained.
- Verify the availability of drinking water, sanitation facilities, first aid kits, PPE, and accommodation (where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving labour grievances and workplace concerns.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate between labour contractors, site engineers, and project management teams.
- Support site engineers in workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Assist in organizing labour inductions, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain labour attendance records and statutory documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly manpower reports.
- Monitor contractor compliance documentation and labour licenses.
- Report labour shortages, welfare issues, and compliance concerns to management.
Health & Safety
- Ensure labourers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support implementation of site safety procedures and toolbox talks.
- Identify unsafe practices and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification or experience in Labour Management, Industrial Relations, or Site Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or project site labour management.
- Freshers with strong coordination and site management skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labour management and welfare practices.
- Understanding of construction site operations.
- Familiarity with labour law compliance and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and site engineers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.

- Accuracy of labour attendance and manpower records.
- Compliance with labour welfare and safety requirements.
- Timely resolution of labour-related issues.
- Contractor compliance with statutory obligations.
- Effective manpower utilization and workforce coordination.
Preferred Industry: Construction, Infrastructure, Civil Projects, Renewable Energy, EV Charging Infrastructure, and EPC Projects.
Pay: ₹22,333.55 - ₹255,549.60 per month
