Job Description: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our brand in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury furniture or home furnishings industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and hands-on sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end residential clients.
· Develop a robust B2B pipeline of projects from architects and interior designers to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales targets.
· Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, etc.).
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
· Understand the project timelines from both the architect's and end client’s considerations and offer tailored solutions from our product range.
· Create and present design options to potential clients and provide additional insights to the management team to ensure deal closure.
Reporting & Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the luxury furniture or home furnishings industry.
· Strong network within the luxury furniture market, including architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Highly proficient with advanced skills in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel and must have extensive experience with preparing presentations for clients.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of integrity and professional ethics.
