Job Title: Italian Chef (Pasta | Pizza | Cold | Grill)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute authentic Italian dishes including pasta, pizza, cold section (salads/starters), and grill items
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning as per brand standards
- Manage mise en place and smooth kitchen operations during service
- Handle pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and accompaniments from scratch
- Oversee grill section including meats, seafood, and vegetables
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels, follow FIFO, and minimize wastage
- Train and guide junior staff (Commis/DCDP)
- Coordinate with senior chefs for menu updates and daily operations
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in Italian cuisine (depending on role level)
- Hands-on experience in pasta, pizza, cold kitchen, and grill
- Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
- Culinary diploma preferred
