Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing key accounts. The role involves developing strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
3. Sales Execution
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Provide insights and feedback to management for product/service improvements
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, finance) for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/tools
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
