Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage overall store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in apparel retail, and the ability to lead teams in a target-driven retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maximize productivity and performance
- Monitor retail KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, policies, and audit standards
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel retail as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
- Strong understanding of retail sales and store operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented retail environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in kidswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹45,000 in-hand per month
