Chennai JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through various marketing and networking activities. Promote CORNIXE's training programs, internships, certifications, and educational services. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. Conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs to attract potential students and partners. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrollments. Coordinate marketing campaigns through online and offline channels. Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Collaborate with the operations and academic teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent CORNIXE at educational fairs, career expos, and networking events. Required Qualifications Any Degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or any related field. Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are encouraged to apply.Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Lead generation and sales conversion skills. Relationship management and networking skills. Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
