Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage material requirements and site resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Quantity estimation and billing knowledge.
- Experience in RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
