About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, channel partners, investors, and other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and track business development activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Real Estate Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
