Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
· Maintain full compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
· Monitor kitchen and counter operations to ensure product quality and service speed.
· Implement operational processes to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
2. Sales & Profitability
· Deliver restaurant business targets including sales, P&L, controllable costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
· Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, local marketing, and community engagement.
· Analyze business reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
3. People Leadership
· Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff across all positions.
· Plan and maintain effective manpower scheduling as per business requirements.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
· Ensure compliance with employee management policies including attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
4. Guest Experience
· Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through high service standards and quick resolution of customer concerns.
· Maintain a guest-focused environment and set an example of excellent customer service.
· Review guest feedback regularly and implement improvements.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
· Manage ordering, receiving, inventory control, and stock rotation.
· Control wastage, pilferage, food cost, and other controllable expenses.
· Maintain accurate records as per company policies.
6. Safety, Security & Compliance
· Ensure adherence to all FSSAI, health & safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
· Maintain equipment, restaurant assets, and ensure preventive maintenance.
· Ensure cash handling and banking processes are accurate and secure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
