Job Summary
Aryana Design Studio is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and clients, conducting site visits, and assisting in the execution of architectural and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing approval drawings and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and site reports.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant building regulations and project standards.
- Support the design team in project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Goa.
- Freshers with strong drafting skills may also apply.
