Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong knowledge of construction projects, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction activities at various project sites and ensuring execution as per the approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural and construction activities at project sites.
- Read, understand, and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Visit different construction sites regularly as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Verify site conditions and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual execution.
- Resolve drawing-related and site coordination issues in consultation with the concerned team.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Senior Department Head and Project Manager.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural drawings and construction work.
- Travel to multiple project sites as required.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with the project team.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in site coordination or architectural execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in construction site coordination and project execution.
- Good understanding of construction processes and site activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a site-based construction environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
