Day to Day Responsibility of our DCP:
v Conduct a thorough review of customer orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
v Regularly follow up on orders, provide detailed status updates to customers, and address any changes or issues proactively.
v Maintain clear and professional communication with foreign customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide support.
v Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
v Track shipments closely, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolving any delays or disruptions.
v Monitor payment schedules, follow up on outstanding invoices, and work collaboratively to address and resolve payment-related issues.
