Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Staff member to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow by managing documentation, data entry, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day back office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication skills in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
