Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts in Tally
- Take care of GST (GST R1, GST 2B or related) filing and compliance.
- Record and process financial transactions (debits, credits, invoices)
- Manage accounts payable
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Follow up with clients for pending payments
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or latest version
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer queries and resolve accounting-related issues
Requirements:
- Education: B. Com, M. Com, or related qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: 2+ years Manufacturing industry or related
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with numbers.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software (ERP/Tally/SAP preferred).
