Here's the deal: You'll own the architectural journey — from concept to construction — mentoring a team of 4–5 Architects/Technicians and working closely with clients, consultants & PMCs along the way.
What you'll bring to the table:
Design vision & feasibility planning
Drawing & documentation excellence
Strong consultant & vendor coordination
Real leadership — not just managing, mentoring
What we're hoping you check off:
B.Arch | 10–16 yrs exp (6+ in commercial/mixed-use)
Have led at least 2 team members
Delivered a 3,00,000+ sq.ft. project start to finish
Comfortable with AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Revit/Photoshop is a bonus!)
Worked with known developers? Even better.
Open to travel | Comfortable with deadlines that matter
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
