An F&B Associate in the hotel industry is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting restaurant and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per hotel service standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely
- Set up and clear restaurant tables
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Handle billing and POS operations when required
- Support banquet, buffet, and room service operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
