The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operation, financial performance, and strategic growth of the assigned branch. this role involves leadinga team of real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff to deliver expectional property management, leasing , and sales solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standard of customer service to enhance the company's reputation in the local market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ Experience in sales and marketing
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the branch's property portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong relationships with property owner, investors, developers, and tenants.
- Team leadership and performance management
- Operations & Property Management oversight
- Prepare, manage, and optimize the branch's annual operating budget and P&L (profit and loss)
- Ensure timely financial reporting to corporate headquarters and property owners
