About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and target-oriented Immigration Counsellors with telesales experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients throughout their immigration journey, offer expert guidance, and promote our services. Your primary responsibility will involve handling client inquiries over calls, building strong relationships, and converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Assess client needs, provide personalized immigration advice, and recommend suitable solutions based on eligibility.
Telesales: Manage inbound and outbound calls, clearly present services, and convert inquiries into confirmed cases.
Process Guidance: Support clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications along with required documentation.
Follow-ups: Regularly engage with leads to drive conversions and maintain a strong closing rate.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about immigration policies, visa procedures, and regulatory updates to provide accurate advice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years in immigration consulting or telesales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex information.
Sales Skills: Persuasive mindset with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with empathy and professionalism.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and offer effective solutions to client concerns.
Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive work environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
