The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a packaged application environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
