Key Responsibilities – Ongoing Close qualified leads generated by the marketing team Sell financial boot camps, consultancy programmes, and personal financial audits Conduct discovery calls and sales consultations Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets Build strong long-term client relationships
Key Responsibilities – Following Phase Learn the internal framework for conducting personal financial audits Participate in client audit meetings and strategy discussions Gradually conduct audits independently Continue handling sales coordination and lead closures alongside audit responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English Strong email writing and professional communication skills Exceptional follow-up and relationship management abilities Advanced understanding of the Indian financial industry (mandatory) Strong persuasion and sales-closing capabilities Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Experience Required Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales Experience selling premium financial products or services Background in wealth management, financial consulting, insurance, investments, or related sectors preferred
