Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ developers.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and sprint planning.
- Design and develop scalable web applications.
- Communicate with international clients and gather requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices.
- Manage REST APIs, database design, and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production releases.
Required Skills
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server
- APIs: REST APIs, GraphQL
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Git, CI/CD
- Mobile: Flutter (preferred)
- AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Prompt Engineering
Requirements
- 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- 3–5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong client communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor development teams.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
