Job Summary
The P2P Application Support Analyst provides L1/L2 support for a workflow-driven Procure-to-Pay application integrated with SAP. The role ensures smooth execution of business processes, validates data consistency between systems, and coordinates with L3 teams to ensure timely resolution and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- L1/L2 support for P2P application and workflows
- Monitor workflow failures, stuck processes, and resolve issues
- Validate SAP data (PO, Vendor, Invoice) for accuracy
- Coordinate with L3 teams and track resolution timelines
- Escalate aging and critical issues proactively
- Manage incidents and ensure SLA compliance
ERP Data Validation Scope
- Validate Purchase Orders, Vendor Master, and Invoice data
- Identify mismatches between system
- Raise tickets to L3 for technical fixes
- Perform post-resolution validation
L3 Coordination Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on L3 tickets
- Ensure adherence to resolution timelines
- Escalate SLA breaches
- Highlight recurring issues and risks to management
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of P2P lifecycle
- Experience with workflow-driven applications
- High level functional knowledge of ERP like SAP (S/4HANA or ECC)
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
