Designation: Production Manager
Experience – 10 – 15 yrs
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Reporting to: Sr. General Manager - Operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Planning and organizing production schedules
· Capacity planning and balancing machines for monthly sales order and ensure OTD
· Assessing project and resource requirements and project to management
· Ensuring health & safety regulations are met
· Overseeing production processes
· Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
· Liasioning with marketing and sales team
· Supervising the work of Production team
· Organizing relevant training sessions.
· Monitor OEE and CAPA for downtimes as per Pareto
· Assisting the work manager in planning & development of new products.
· Planning & development of fixtures & tools for new product development.
· Preparation of project plans in conjunction with the contract review team.
· Proving trial & process validation of new products.
· Process change request review, approval & record.
· Update customer revised drawings in the process drawings & update revision level.
· Team member in DIR.
· Process improvement and Optimization
· Maintenance of Plant machineries, equipment and resources.
· Maintenance of safety in the Plant
· Maintenance of Good material handling system
· Training operators, focusing on QCD abd safety.
· Development of New products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
