About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in Calicut. This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates/diploma holders who are passionate about sales, customer service, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the store team in day-to-day sales activities.
- Handle billing and assist in inventory management.
- Learn and adhere to company sales processes and policies.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
