What You'll Do
Reporting to the HR Director, Global Business & Functions (GBF), you will you will support BCG Unlocking Potential (UP) initiatives for Global Services, BCG Vantage, BCG U, and PA M&O in Asia Pacific including hosted staff in our three India hubs – GSD, ACC Gurugram, and ACC Bengaluru.
In addition, you will be certain managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across assigned HUBs and Business & Functions to deliver a seamless employee experience. You will advise employees and people managers on local HR policies and processes, compliance, and serve as the point of contact for the assigned Businesses / Functions.
You will leverage deep GBF knowledge to translate organizational priorities into impactful insights for stakeholders.
As Specialist - Unlocking Potential you will work closely with the HR Senior Director - Global Businesses & Functions to shape and operationalize the Asia Pacific UP strategy across- Diversity networks (Women@BCG, Pride@BCG, AccessAbility@BCG),Inclusion, and Mental health & wellbeing, and Flex@BCG
Your main responsibilities include:
Support AP UP strategy execution: Track priorities, monitor progress, and support rollout of regional and global initiatives (e.g., participation in Leader Action Workshop, roll out of “relaunch” initiatives across systems etc.)-
Manage data and reporting: Create & update AP UP scorecards and dashboards, monitoring global dashboards, analyzing & monitoring key UP metrics across recruitment, promotion, and retention. Analyzing results from People survey, BLISS survey, pulse checks and sharing key insights that inform the AP UP strategy

Drive communications: Planning & executing AP UP communications plan. Preparing internal communication on key events (e.g., International Women’s Day, pride month, etc.), drafting regional newsletters, and supporting in preparation for key stakeholder meetings.

Coordinate events and programs: Coordinate logistics for webinars (e.g. virtual women conference, pride townhall), in-person conferences and forums (e.g., AP pride conference). Draft content such as agenda, panel questions, speaker briefs and event run-of-show. Create cost model for budget. Liaise with speakers, moderators, system teams and operations partners to ensure smooth delivery

Collaborate across functions: Work with Recruitment, CDC, L&D, Staffing & Mobility, and other teams to coordinate activities and collect data.

Supporting other ongoing priority initiatives e.g., Pride mentorship program, Wellbeing strategy

Coordinating with other AP Function Teams (e.g., recruitment, CDC, L&D, staffing & mobility) as and when required e.g., for collecting data
HR Delivery KPIs: Your main responsibilities include:

Manage end-to-end new hire pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction programs for GBF India offices

Lead GAP onboarding and induction program for GBF India hubs

Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and onboarding-related queries

Own reporting for ACC India hubs based on business requirements, providing data and insights with support from People analytics team, as needed.

Publish and own the monthly headcount report for businesses and functions hosted across ACC India and CT India offices.

Support HR Advisors with employee lifecycle events/activities and partner closely on HR support for the assigned the businesses or functions.
What You'll Bring
-
Post-Graduate certificate in any field
-
5+ years of relevant experience into DEI / HR Ops / HRBP / HR Generalist / Employee Engagement
-
Familiarity with DEI, mental health, wellbeing, or flexibility programming is a plus
-
Comfort with evening calls and operating across multiple time zones

Good with numbers, Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Experience driving cross-functional and regional initiatives

Fluency in written and spoken English
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Global Businesses & Functions People Team, working with HR Senior Director - Global Businesses & Functions. Your other stakeholders include UP Global BST team, AP System UP BST teams and other AP functional teams (e.g., recruitment, learning & development etc.)
