We are hiring a Sales Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in IT services and a strong understanding of email-driven lead generation and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B cold email campaigns for IT services.
- Build targeted prospect lists and manage outreach databases.
- Use tools like Apollo, Gmass, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to scale campaigns.
- Track campaign metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and reply rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on email copy, subject lines, and sending schedules.
- Maintain email deliverability through domain warming and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate and hand off qualified leads.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound email marketing, sales development, or lead generation.
- Experience working with IT services or technology-focused companies.
- Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email deliverability, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Gmass, Mailchimp, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written English and cold email copywriting skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented professional.
