Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of UPVC windows, doors, aluminium systems, and related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, and complete projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and installation work.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, and project engineers.
- Verify site measurements before fabrication and installation.
- Plan manpower, materials, and tools required for each project.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at all project sites.
- Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for material delivery.
- Report project status and any delays to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction, UPVC, aluminium, glass, or interior industry.
- Ability to read architectural and AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of installation procedures and site execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UPVC windows and doors installation.
- Knowledge of site measurements and material planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer coordination and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
