Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Executive (Weddings) who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new wedding clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, partnerships, and networking events
- Identify new business opportunities in the wedding and luxury events segment
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective pitching and follow-ups
2. Client Consultation
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Present customized wedding concepts, production ideas, and service packages
- Conduct in-person/virtual meetings and site visits with clients
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, wedding planners, and vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
4. Coordination & Execution Support
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, operations) for smooth execution
- Ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and event flow
5. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue targets
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Market Awareness
- Stay updated on wedding trends, décor styles, cinematography trends, and luxury client behavior
- Represent LIVXS at exhibitions, wedding shows, and networking events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development (weddings/events/media preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pitch creative concepts confidently
- Good understanding of wedding industry trends and client expectations
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / presentation tools
- Graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field

Salary
- As per industry standards + performance incentives
