Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who has excellent communication skills and can interact with customers through both phone calls and chat. The ideal candidate should be able to persuade potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide the right information about our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries through chat and phone.
- Explain company services clearly and persuade customers to take the next step.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Requirements
- Freshers to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling both calls and chat support.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
