Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services. Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable talent solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with domestic and global clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, or IT Services sales.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international staffing markets.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience working with MSP, direct clients, and staffing partners is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
