Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks aligned with the media and analytics industry. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role involves maintaining an organized applicant tracking process, supporting offer negotiation and onboarding, and partnering with leadership to understand evolving talent needs. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment reporting to support informed workforce planning.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
Experience coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and job postings to offers and onboarding.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates at all levels.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic HR documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present roles and the organization clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting hiring timelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience recruiting in media, analytics, or technology sectors is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
